| 摘 要： | 随着人类向信息社会的迈进，世界竞争优势的夺取已越来越依靠于信息化，对在于复杂多变，变争残酷的市场环境中求生存，求发展的企业来说，信息化更加是决定企业能否突围而出，赢得胜利的一项关键因素，企业信息化最为关键的一项内容是建立企业信息系统，本文阐述了企业信息系统的定义，构成，目的，企业信息系统如何对企业发挥作用，企业如何利用信息系统实现竞争优势。
