| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨数据库检索系统环境下的文献计量学研究方法，为实现文献计量的分析自动化提供依据。方法：应用MEDLINE数据库检索系统对46287篇艾滋病（AIDS）文献进行计量学分析。结果合适的数据库检索系统可以满足文献计量的学研究的不同要求。且可提高文献选择的准确性，加快数据惧要的速度，适应各种文献计量学分析方法的使用，特别是在大样本数据的文献计量分析中具有明显优势，结论，基于数据库检索系统的文献计量学研究可显著提高其研究效率与分析结果的可靠性。
