| 摘 要： | 研究型大学对图书馆员综合素质的要求是既要在促进学校教学、科研发展的现代化信息服务工作中德才兼备，又要智能双全。本文认为，提高研究型大学图书馆员综合素质的有效途径应是加强职业道德建设，建立学科馆员制度，培养馆员成为“信息导航员”和“信息工程师”，重视学历结构，只有这样才能满足知识经济时代研究型大学的需求。 |

| Abstract: | Demand on Diathesis of the Clerk at Library not only provide information about modernization and also possess good virtue for A ResearchOriented University.This paper consider that effective way to improving Diathesis strengthen constructing moral of vocation,building system of subject-oriented clerk,training clerk to become "navigator of information"and"engineer of information",attach importance to structure of educational level. |
