| 摘 要： | 本文通过介绍了开放存取的三种主要类型及相应资源分布，帮助科研人员了解目前世界范围内开放存取的现状及发展势态，同时为科研人员提供了获取开放存取资源的有效途径。并结合中国的实际情况，提出了在中国推动开放存取运动，促进开放存取发展的相关建议。
