| Abstract: | Old tradition and new technology integrated and made the open access become possible. This paper introduced the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and the EPRINTS to Chinese scholars and libraries. Hopefully, they will join the global electronic journal open source activity soon and get benefits from it. |
