| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的不断发展和商业竞争环境的不断加剧，技术许可在世界范围内包括中国已经大量存在。而对其模式的研究却并不多见也不系统。本文将结合国外技术许可实践对技术许可类别及其存在的必要性进行系统描述，并从理论的角度通过案例分析得出如下结论，即影响技术许可类别和模式选择的因素主要包括行业或产品技术特点、企业的规模大小、资金状况、知识资产的数量和质量、企业的战略目标以及谈判能力等，因而企业对技术许可类别和模式的选择并非单一而是交叉的综合应用；最后结合我国的实际给出了规范性的启示。

| Abstract: | With the developing of knowledge economic and the strengthening of business competition, the firm, s technology licensing behavior was existing in the world, including China. But there is few literature on the studying on it. This paper study systemly the sorts of technology licensing and it's existing necessity. At the same time,this paper also summarize the view of theory and practice and show that there are many factors, which include the characteristic of technology,firm,s scale,capital,intellectual property,firm,s strategy, negotiation powers and so on, affect the choosing of the sorts and mode of technology licensing.Thus it is not single but crossing and integrating in the choice of the sorts and mode of technology licensing. In the last, this paper present some suggestion from the view of Chinese firm. |
