| 摘 要： | "企业再造"是90年代一场新的管理革命.笔者认为这场革命的物质基础是信息资源管理(IRM),本文从IRM打破了传统的工业经济的组织分工理论、传统的企业市场经营环境、旧的企业运营规则三方面入手分析了其原因,并提出了对我国企业的启示.

| Abstract: | Corporation Reengineering" is a new management revolution in 90's. The author points out the material base of this revolution is information resource management (IRM). The IRM broke the traditional industry economic structure division theory, traditional market managing environment and the old corporate running rules. From these three aspects, the paper analyzes the reason and provides the deep meaning to Chinese corporate. |
