| 摘 要： | 在社会的信息化和信息服务网络化发展中，基于网络的信息资源管理技术的推进已成为关系全局的重要因素。以此出发，本文讨论了网络信息资源技术基础与技术构建，立足于面向信息资源组织与开发业务环节到面向用户的服务技术推进模式的变革，提出了确立以服务为中心的平台技术综合发展策略的设想。

| Abstract: | In the development of society informatization and network information service,the network-based information resource management technical impetus are the important factors.Based on the current situation,this paper discusses the technical basis and construction of network information resources and puts forward comprehensive development strategy of service-centered platform technology on the basis of reform originated from information resource organization and development-oriented process to user-oriented service technology pushing patterns. |
