| Abstract: | This paper analyses the characteristics of information flow that cross the bourdary in the mode of adverse thinking and this flow causes some phenomenon of disequibibrlum, non - control, economic plunder as well as thinking invision.It is a urgent task to enhance the information consciousness and strengthen the understanding of the value and usage of information flow that cross the boundary in the conomic econstruction and the econstruction of spiritual civilization. |
