| 摘 要： | 互联网信息服务，是指通过互联网向上网用户提供的信息服务。本文以刚颁布的《互联网信息服务管理办法》为准，对互联网信息服务中信息经营者主体资格的法律认定、互联网信息服务中信息经营者市场行为的法律规范及存在的主要问题等进行了分析论证。
