| 摘 要： | 在知识经济环境下，受到速度竞争和资源有限性的影响，传统线性、分割的技术转移模式受到了挑战。技术转移的组织安排越来越多地从传统的合约安排转向关系安排，组织的资源配置也更多地集中在核心能力方面。因此技术嫁接性收购和技术的战略性联盟成为组织获取核心和互补知识的主要方式。

| Abstract: | On the context of knowledge economy the traditional linear and separate technology transfer model is faced challenges.The organization arrangement is changing from contract arrangement to relation arrangement,and more resources are allocated to organization core competency.Then technology-grafting acquisition and technology alliance become the main modes of organization acquiring core knowledge and complementary knowledge. |
