| 摘 要： | 信息是当今社会发展的重要战略资源,信息化发展水平是天津实现跨越式发展的关键.在对现有的评价指标体系进行研究的基础上,建立适合天津市信息化发展的评价指标体系.并应用网络分析法(ANP)构建指标体系的数学模型,分析指标间的依存和反馈关系,最后用Super Decisions软件包对模型进行快速求解.
