| 摘 要： | 本文结合我国企业的MIS实践，从MIS建设与管理变革的协同性和互相促动、相互制约共同发展的角度，论述了MIS的本质属性，以及MIS建设观念的思变；讨论了MIS建设与管理变革的内在的协同机制，探讨了MIS建设战略与发展的有关问题。
