| 摘 要： | 数字化参考咨询服务是现代图书馆建设的一个重要组成部分，本文通过对30所大学图书馆的网络调研，提出了当前数字化参考服务的主要形式，分析了数字化参考服务的优势，并就强化图书馆数字化参考服务提出若干对策。
