| 摘 要： | 随着信息科学和信息社会的发展,信息哲学已经确立自己作为一个学科的地位,并且正在成为科学哲学的新范式。信息作为物质的基本属性,是人类认识世界的中介。知识是对信息的抽象。对知识的管理以对信息的管理为基础,借助于信息管理。信息管理、知识管理活动为信息哲学的形成做出了自己的贡献。信息哲学是信息科学学科群共同的哲学基础,也是信息管理学和知识管理学的哲学基础。

| Abstract: | With the development of information science and information society,the philosophy of information has established its status as a discipline and is becoming the new paradigm of scientific philosophy.As the fundamental attribute of matter,information is the media for the mankind to know the world.Knowledge is an abstract of information.Knowledge management activities are based on information management and by means of information management.The activities of information management and knowledge management have contributed to the shaping of the philosophy of information.The philosophy of information is the common philosophical foundation of all disciplines of information science,naturally is the philosophical foundation of information management science and knowledge management science |
