| 摘 要： | 信息计量学的内容与形式结构是由其相应的“他律性”所要求研究的信息计量现象，并按一定理论、方法整合而成的；信息计量学的形式结构是以信息基本循环图式为基础和核心，以信息计量为轴，以现象学、元学、方法学研究为层次而形成的结构。
