| 摘 要： | 数字参考咨询是衡量现代图书馆工作效率的重要标志,本文利用层次分析法为图书馆数字参考咨询服务构建了一个评价指标体系,并利用该指标体系对两个高校图书馆的参考咨询工作进行了评价.
