| 摘 要： | 分析了2000-2007年275篇关于知识转移研究的国内外重要学术文献,对目前知识转移研究的角度和研究趋势进行了归纳总结,提出了一个包含四个维度二十个要素的知识转移分析模型,并对这二百多篇文献在模型中进行了定位,总结出了目前知识转移理论的研究热点和不足,对将来的知识转移理论研究有一定的借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | Based on a literature review of 275 articles during 2000-2007,this paper depicts the trends of study on knowledge transfer,both domestic and abroad.In addition,it implements a structural model including four dimensions and twenty factors to analyze how the passed articles studied knowledge transfer,as well as provides a framework for future study on knowledge transfer.A brief comment is done in the end. |
