| 摘 要： | 本文首先运用主成分分析方法对15个副省级城市的专利发展状况进行综合评价，进而利用聚类分析方法对各城市的专利实力进行了等级划分，最后通过国际比较和结构分析，指出我国无论是在国家整体的层面，还是在城市区域的层面都存在原始创新能力不足的缺欠．

| Abstract: | Firstly this paper synthetically evaluates the patet development of 15 vice-province cities in our country by using the principal component analysis,then it divides then patent strength of each city into grades by using the clustering analysis,finally according to the comparison among the countries,it points out that our country not only at the level of the nation as a whole,but also at the level of the city region has its shortcomings of lacking original innovative ability. |
