| 摘 要： | 本文论述了企业联盟从产品联盟到知识联盟的演进，提出知识转移是企业联盟成功的关键。讨论了不同的知识类型和企业联盟形式的关系。通过对知识转移一般过程和影响转移因素的分析，文章提出企业联盟知识转移的关键是建立知识转移的情境，并从战略、组织、文化三个维度分析了知识转移情境的建设。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the evolution of strategic alliance, that is from product- based alliance to knowledge- based alliance. It discusses the relation between the type of knowledge and the form of strategic alliance. Then it explores the process of knowledge transfer and the factors influencing the effect of knowledge transfer. At last, we propose how to construct the firm context of knowledge transfer. We argue that there are throe contextual dimensions, they are strategy, organization and culture. |
