| 摘 要： | 供应链管理具体模式的选择密切关系到其成效的好坏，文章从信息链的角度探讨了基于线性、网状和集成式信息链的供应链管理模式，得出了基于集成式信息链的供应链管理模式才是较优模式的结论，并对这种模式的运营作了较为详细的分析。
