| 摘 要： | 在城市建设中，是选择房屋加层还是新建，是一个首要问题。本文应用层次分析法，将定性分析与定量分析相结合，进行多目标方案决策，利用实际工程建设方案多目标指标值对层次分析法数学模型进行了验证。最后建立了计算机辅助决策模型。

| Abstract: | In the construction of a city,it is the first important question to select either adding more stories or building a new one.We carried out the multi-objectives combined with analysis of property with quantitative analysis by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The model of the AHP was verified by a practical project decision with multi-objectives value.At last,a model of computer aided decision was set up. |
