| 摘 要： | 情报预测曲线的拐点具有显化事物发展加速度的正负转折和明确包络曲线切点的情报学意义,有决策支持价值。本文阐述了研究其拐点的预测曲线必须具备的4个基本条件,给出了求拐点的一般性数学方法和进一步的建议,具体分析了利用拐点进行的研究实例。

| Abstract: | The inflection point of the information forecasting curve has the informatics significance to ciear the positive-negative transformation of the acceleration of matter development and to explicit the tangency point of the envelope curve and has the value for the decision support. This paper describes that to study the forecasting eurve of the inlection point must have four basic conditions, gives the general mathematical method to find the infeiction point and further suggestion, it analyses concretely the research case by means of the inflection point. |
