| 摘 要： | 理查兹(PamelaSpenceRichards)的论文"情报科学与冷战的结束"着重探讨了冷战与情报科学的关系,以及前苏联解体后情报科学的发展动向.该文相当于将莉莉(DorothyB.Lilley)和特里斯(RonaldW.Trice)的<情报科学史(1945～1985)>推进了10年,而在这10年之中又发生了许多重大事件,这些都有助于我们更完整、准确地理解情报科学的实质与发展规律.

| Abstract: | Pamela Spence Richards's paper "Information Science and the End of the Cold War" emphasis on the relationship of the Cold War and information science. It also discusses the developing direction of information science in disjointed Pre -Soviet, the paper almost pushes Dorothy B. Lilly and Ronald W. Trice's "The History of Information Technology" ten years later. But there are so many things happened during this ten years .All these things will help us to understood the character and development rule off information more perfectly and accurately. |
