| 摘 要： | 通过分析国际重要检索系统的收录要求与科技期刊质量的相关关系,得出以下几个主要结论:检索系统的学科范围要求对期刊的栏目设置有重要影响;检索系统对同行评审制度的要求对期刊编委的聘任标准和审稿人数据库的建立有重要影响;检索系统对收录数据的质量要求对期刊文摘等的撰写质量有重要影响。

| Abstract: | In this paper we analyze the relationship of the inclusion criteria of well known international science and engineering index systems and the quality of science and technology periodicals.We conclude that,the reporting topics of a periodical must fall the covering scope of an index system.Most index systems require that periodical papers are peer reviewed which influences the appointment of the editorial board and the setting up of reviewer database.The quality of periodical abstracts must fulfill the requirement of the index systems. |
