| 摘 要： | 个人信用信息的真实性问题可以从两个角度加以考察,一是征信数据源单位对当事人信息的采集过程;二是征信机构从对个人征信源数据的收集到数据的组织、加工等整个征信过程。围绕个人征信过程中保障个人信用信息真实性的实施策略展开探讨,提出三种途径,即信息来源原始性保障、信息处理程序合理性保障与征信主体权威性保障。
