| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展，先后出现了图书馆社区信息服务和网站社区信息服务两种方式。既然是信息服务中的一种，它们不可避免地会触及到知识产权中的著作权问题。因此，笔者就两种信息服务方式可能触及的著作权问题进行了自己的阐述。
