| Abstract: | This article indexed some idiographic methods on the service innovations of the information ciroulation on the book lending from the very beginning of the annotation of historical transformation as well as the brief analysis on circulation service mode of the book lending. It gave a detail analysis to the recognit;on of library function by means of the influence on the library information circulation service along with the construction of the library information circulation service in the network environment. |
