| 摘 要： | 知识转移是使产业集群具有全球竞争力的关键因素。促进集群核心企业与外围企业间的知识转移,可以提升知识价值,使集群由低成本集群向创新型集群演进,使集群企业共同获取竞争优势。本文在文献回顾的基础上,重新界定了知识转移的概念,分析了核型集群知识转移的前提条件、过程和特征,并提出了核型集群知识转移影响因素模型及管理体系。
