| 摘 要： | 应急反应是企业危机管理成败的直接体现,其有效性取决于是否有及时、准确的信息支撑决策。应急信息保障系统是支撑网络、反应系统、沟通系统和第三方服务系统共同组成的协同体系,用于应急各环节中信息提供与沟通,确保反应环节的连贯性和高效性。
