| 摘 要： | 创业是推动经济发展的强劲动力,创业需要良好的创业环境。基于近年来长春市的GEM调研数据,分析了长春市创业环境的基本情况,对东北的区域创业环境进行了总体评价,进而提出了对策建议和区域创业环境的研究方向。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurship is a strong driving force to promote economic development;entrepreneurs need a good business environment.In recent years,based on the GEM-survey data of Changchun City,the paper analyzes the entrepreneurial environment of Changchun City,and evaluates the whole business environment of the Northeast region,then presents a policy proposals and the regional business environment research. |
