| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了信息经济及信息产业的兴起,应用动态观点分析了信息产业的含义、信息产业结构、特点及信息产业应遵循的4个定律。重点介绍了信息产业几种测度方法并进行了比较研究与评价,根据对信息产业的实际测度,提出了一种新的测度方法。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the rise of information economy and information industry, uses the dynamic viewpoint to analyse the meaning, structure and characteristics of information industry and four laws which the industry should be followed, It emphasizes some measurement methods of this industry, and makes comparative study and evaluation, it suggests a new measurement method based upon the practical measure of this industry. |
