| 摘 要： | 21世纪将会是由组织间信息系统驱动的群体竞争的时代，组织间信息系统的重要作用越来越明显。本文对于国内外组织间信息系统的相关研究进行了大致的回顾，对组织间信息系统相关领域的研究分别从成员选择组织间信息系统、组织间信息系统对成员的影响等角度进行了分类综述，对研究现状进行了简要分析，最后指出应当开始系统化、网络化地分析组织间信息系统相关问题，重视合作型组织间信息系统的研究工作。
