| 摘 要： | 概述了农业信息网站建设和评价的现状,通过对政府综合类农业信息网的功能和特点的分析,提出了一个面向网站建设质量、电子政务绩效、三农服务水平等综合评价目标的三级评价指标体系,利用模糊层次分析法确定了各项指标的权重,并介绍了具体的评分方法。运用该方法对中部六省农业信息网进行了评估,最后根据结果提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | Firstly the paper introduces the actualities about the construction and evaluation of governmental agriculture websites.Then it establishes a three-level evaluation index system based on Fuzzy AHP method.At last an empirical study on six provincial agriculture websites from central area is developed and the conclusion and suggestions are given according to the result. |
