| 摘 要： | 主题词的选择和使用，直接影响文献检索的查准率和查全率。本文结合作者文献检索的工作实践，以《中国科技期刊数据库》的检索为例，从五个方面探讨了如何选择和使用主题词的问题，具有较强的实际指导意义和借鉴意义。
