| 摘 要： | 本文首先介绍了机构知识库的含义和特征、国内高校及科研院所机构知识库的发展现状,探讨了高校机构知识库建设过程中存在的建设主体、建设内容及资源可用性问题,并进一步指出目前在开放获取理念下发展中在存在的问题并给出在开放获取理念下的发展策略。
