| 摘 要： | 信息服务的个性化发展不仅更新了服务理念，而且对信息资源建设提出新的要求。本文在分析网络环境下用户信息需求与服务个性化发展的基础上，着重研究个性化信息服务中信息资源重组与整合方案，构建基于资源整合的个性化信息服务平台，探讨了基于整合平台的业务拓展和业务流程重构方案。

| Abstract: | Personal - oriented development of information service not only creates new concept of service, but also attaches new requirements to information resource construction. Based on the analysis of users' inform ation need and personalized development of information service under the network environment, the author emphasizes on information resource reorganization and integration project, sets up a platform for personalized information service based on resources integration, and discusses business extending and process reengineering based on integrated platform. |
