| 摘 要： | 【目的/意义】移动网络技术的发展改变了人们的上网模式,移动图书馆技术也应运而生,探讨开放数据背景下的高校图书馆移动信息技术优化研究,以使高校图书馆服务效率得到质的提升,真正实现数字图书馆的目标。【方法/过程】高校图书馆是高等教育信息服务的主要机构,随着大数据时代的到来,开放数据环境从根本上改变了学术交流的速度与模式。【结果/结论】在开放数据的背景下,高校图书馆应该在了解开放数据内涵的基础上,认识到开放数据的优势与目标,变革图书馆服务理念与模式,优化移动信息技术服务内容,以满足用户日益增长的移动信息服务需求。

| Abstract: | 【Purpose/significance】The development and popularization of mobile network technology have gradually changed people’s Internet access mode, and also gave birth to the birth to mobile libraries. To explore the optimization research of mobile information technology in university libraries under the background of open data, so that the service efficiency of university libraries can be qualitatively improved, and the goals of digital libraries can be truly realized.【Method/process】University libraries are the main institutions of higher education information services. With the arrival of the era of big data, the open data environment has fundamentally changed the speed and mode of academic exchanges. Under this opportunity, university libraries should deeply understand the connotation【Result/conclusion】With the understanding of concept and meaning of open data, university librararies should recognize the advantages and objectives of open data, change the concept and mode of library services, and optimize the content of mobile information services in order to meet the growing needs of users for mobile information services. |
