| 摘 要： | 高等教育要担负起全国推进素质教育，培养高素质的创新型人才的历史使命，必须更新教育观念，深化教育改革，建立高校创新型人才培养模式。本文从五个方面阐述了怎样建立高校创新型人才培养模式：一是要拓宽专业，二是要认真制定专业教学计划，三是要改革教学内容课程体系，四是要突出创新能力，五是要改进教学方式和教学评价制度。
