| 摘 要： | 信息资源管理的理论与实践随着市场竞争环境的变化而不断发展，它直接关系到企业的生存状态。本文试图从企业流程管理出发探讨企业信息资源集成化管理的基本理念、操作方法、网络技术、系统平台和机构变革，提出了企业信息资源集成管理面向流程的改革模式和组织方法。
