| 摘 要： | 通过对信息平等概念的剖析,指出信息平等在建设和谐社会、推进国家稳定发展、维护弱势群体利益等方面具有重要作用。详细探讨信息社会建设过程中实现信息平等的途径,即加大经济投入,制定相关政策法规,进行信息素养教育,加强信息服务事业建设,提高信息公开度。

| Abstract: | Through anatomizing the concept of information equality,the article indicates that information equality is significant for building harmonious society,promoting country's steady development and improving weak community;then,details five ways of implementation to realize information equality:increasing financial input,formulating relevant policies and regulations,carrying out information literacy,enhancing information services,improving information openness. |
