| 摘 要： | 随着用户需求与信息技术的发展，新一代数字图书馆已渐露端倪。同时，我国“十一五”期间数字图书馆建设面临新的目标和任务，与此相应，数字图书馆建设也面临新的知识产权问题。本文分析了数字图书馆的信息资源收集、加工整合、传输服务等建设工作，剖析了新一代数字图书馆建设中资源建设与服务的方式，及它们所涉及的知识产权问题，探讨了相关的版权问题和解决办法。

| Abstract: | With the change of user requirements and the development of information technologies, next generation digital library has emerged. During next several years, digital libraries building will bear new goals and mission, therefore, bear new problems on copyright. This article mainly discusses the new ways of digital resources building and service providing, especially the copyright issues when they applies from the perspective of the Outline of the Eleventh Five - Year Plan, in the order of working procedures for the next generation digital libraries. Finally, tries to reach some solutions to these problems. |
