| 摘 要： | 论文阐述了知识服务产生的背景以及在当今信息和网络时代建立相应的知识服务组织所面临的挑战，简要介绍了学习型图书馆的概念和主要特征，着重论述了创建学习型图书馆所面临的优势和劣势，以及就如何创建学习型图书馆提出了解决的措施。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the background of knowledge service origin and the chatlenge of establishing relevant knowledge service organizations in current information and network times, as well as briefly introduces the concept and main characteristics of study type library. Especially, the author states advantages and disadvantages we are confronted with to set up study type library, and bnngs forth some measures coping with how to establish study type library as well. |
