| 摘 要： | 信息化测度是客观、科学地反映和评估信息化水平的重要手段，其测度结果对国家、地区的信息化发展有重要的指导意义。本文探讨了国内外信息化测度的发展历程和主要理论与方法，从八个方面对国内外信息化测度进行了比较，以期望对我国信息化测度有所启示。

| Abstract: | Measurement is an important method to reflect and assessthe informatization degree objectively and scientifically,and the result of measurement is vital to the informatization construction of countries and districts measured.This paper explores the history development and the main theories and methods of informatization measurement at home and abroad,and contrasts the informatization measurement between home and abroad from eight aspects,hopes to give some suggestion to our informatization measurement. |
