| 摘 要： | 重点梳理和分析了信息通晓概念及其衡量标准的演化过程。在总结美国等发达国家研究成果的基础上,提出国内信息素养教育亟待出台全国性的教育技术标准。应加强信息素质教育领域内各方的合作,以期有效地培养民众,特别是青少年学生的信息素养,达到信息通晓的水平。

| Abstract: | The thesis mainly analyzed the evolution of concept and standard of information fluency in US,and on the basis of that,it concluded that domestic information literacy education calls for the national education and technical standards,and it's necessary to strengthen the cooperation in the field of information quality in order to effectively raise people's,especially the students' information literacy up to information fluency. |
