| 摘 要： | 六西格玛是一套系统的业务改进方法体系,是旨在持续改进企业业务流程,实现顾客满意的管理方法。通过研究六西格玛在全面质量管理(TQM)、LibQUAL+中的适用性,以及对图书馆服务特殊性的适用性,对六西格玛在图书馆的适用性予以肯定。在此基础上,对六西格玛管理的内涵进行探讨,认为抛开六西格玛作为质量目标的性质,而做为质量管理的理念和方法,在图书馆的质量管理中更具有可行性。
