| 摘 要： | 海南岛土地总面积３３９．５５万ｈａ，为我国最大的热带宝岛。根据海南省“八五”计划和十年规划的总体发展目标，本文从人口消费结构、畜牧业发展规划、建设事业发展趋势、土地产品输出输入、土地生产潜力等单项预测着手，运用社会需求结构与土地需求结构之间的综合平衡关系，建立以线性规划为主体模型的土地需求结构预测数学模型，预测了海南省２０００年土地需求结构．海南省的土地开发应建立以经济发展与环境保护协调发展的战略模式，促进农业土地综合开发和沿海城市工业成片土地开发的向前发展．

| Abstract: | ainan is the largest tropical island with a total land area of 3395.5 thousands hectare in China. Based on the analysis of the eight five-year planning andtan-year program of Hainan Province, population consumption structure, livestockhusbandry development, construction land utilization, land product input and output, and land production potentialities, a linear planning mathematics model hasbeen established by way of aggregate balancing relationship between social requiement structure and land demand structure to predict the land utilization of Hainan Province in 2000. In land exploitation, Hainan should choose a strategicmodel for economic development in harmony with environment protection to promote comprehensive agricultural land utilization and coastal urban and industrial land development part by part. |
