| Abstract: | The Luanhe Deltaic Region is a tract of treasured land in Hebei Province whichis superior in terms of fairly solid agricultural foundation,relatively high economicdevelopment level and a great number of major construction projects. There arealso lots of contradictions between human environment and economic development.The pressing issue is to conduct integrated development in the region. Seizing theopportunity, accelerating the development and constructing this region into a highly open, multi-functioned one with local characteristics will significantly con. tribute to the course in which the whole China proceeds to be well off and torank among the world's moderately developed country. |
