| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展,土地资源日趋紧张,土地利用冲突发生的频率、涉及的层面、冲突的内容以及冲突所引发的后果都越来越多,诱发土地利用冲突的因素也越来越复杂。因此,开展土地利用冲突研究,科学评价区域土地利用冲突的强度,进一步揭示土地利用冲突的外在表现形态及其产生冲突的内在机理,是解决区域土地可持续利用中存在的种种不和谐问题的关键所在。论文通过对国内外文献的归纳和梳理,完善了土地利用冲突研究的理论框架和土地利用冲突研究的主要内容,构建土地利用冲突强度的诊断模型和方法,并提出未来土地利用冲突的重点研究领域。其目的是提高土地要素的空间配置效率,缓解土地资源压力,促进我国土地资源空间结构向良性方向演进,实现土地利用的综合协调管理。

| Abstract: | With social and economic development,the land resources are becoming increasingly scarce,and the land use conflicts are getting more frequent,deeper,more diversified and more severe.Besides,the factors that induce land use conflicts are more and more complicated.Therefore,the key to solve many difficult problems in regional sustainable land use lies in the research of land use conflicts,scientific evaluation of the intensity of regional land use conflicts,and the further reveal of external forms as well as intrinsic mechanisms of land use conflicts.Based on the review of both domestic and foreign literatures,this paper has completed the theoretical framework as well as the contents of land use conflicts reaearch,established the diagnostic models and methods of land use conflicts intensity and proposed the key research areas of future studies..The pressure-state-response diagnostic model on the intensity of regional land use conflicts in this paper is constructed in four steps:1)Select pressure indicators of regional land use with correlation analysis and principal component analysis;2)Determine state indicators based on structures,material outputs and resources use efficiency;3)Recognize response indicators as a series of measures taken by human beings and the society to prevent land ecosystems from adverse changes;4)Decide the intensity of regional land use conflicts through the method of weighted function model,and propose future priority research field of land use conflicts.The researches on land use conflicts have gradually shifted from the stage of empirical studies to a combination of qualitative and quantitative studies.Therefore,in the future,the researches should focus on the following three areas:1)Evaluation of the intensity of the conflicts;2)Revelation of the intrinsic mechanisms of the conflicts;3)Studies on the reconciliation strategies and administration of land use conflicts.The purpose is to strengthen the stakeholders’ability of recognizing,solving and managing conflicts in land use process,promote the evolution of spatial structure of China’s land resources to the positive direction and achieve integrated and coordinated management of land use through improving spatial allocation efficiency of land factors and buffering the pressure on land resources. |
