摘    要:本文以北京市平谷区为案例区,区别以往基于行政单元和统计数据的农用地集约利用评价方法,基于农户调研数据,结合土地利用现状、地形图、土壤图、农用地分等相关数据,构建基于多元数据集成的农用地集约利用评价指标体系,并以平谷区的农用地为评价单元,进行农用地集约度评价。结果表明:①平谷区农用地集约度受自然因素和社会经济因素的共同影响,农户的家庭收入水平、劳动力数量、农业收入比状况是影响农用地集约度的主要因素,地形和灌溉等自然本底是影响农用地集约度的基础条件;②平谷区农用地集约度主要处于比较集约和基本集约的水平,具有很大的提高潜力,平原和半山区的农用地集约度高于山区。构建基于多元数据的农用地集约利用评价指标体系,进行基于地块水平的农用地集约度评价,是一条可行有效的途径。

Abstract:There is a pressing need for China to implement the land resources intensive use policy owing to the limited land resources and large population. Agricultural land is an important component of land resources, the intensive use of which has become a necessity for the sustainable development of social economy. Taking Pinggu district of Beijing as a case study, the agricultural land intensive use is evaluated on the scale of plot unit from the point view of farm household, which is different from previous methods that evaluate agricultural land intensive use on the basis of administrative unit and statistical data. Besides the data collected from household questionnaires, the land use data, landform map, soil map and agricultural land classification data are integrated to establish the evaluation index system of agricultural land intensive use, which is based on multivariate data. Also, the agricultural land intensive use on the plot scale of in Pinggu district is evaluated. Not only is scientific basis provided for Pinggu district to improve the efficiency of agricultural land use and to formulate relevant policies, but the exemplifications and the methods of agricultural land intensive use research are also enrich. The results show that the agricultural land intensive use in Pinggu district is affected by both social economic factors and natural factors. The influence of social economic factors on the agricultural land intensive use is greater than that of the natural factors. The agricultural land intensive use in Pinggu district can be categorized as comparatively intensive use and basically intensive use, so there is great potential for the agricultural land intensive use to be improved. The level of agricultural land intensive use in plain and half-mountainous areas is higher than that in mountainous areas. The household income, the amount of labor forces and the ratio of agricultural income per household are the main factors that influence the agricultural land intensive use, while natural factors such as landform and irrigation are the fundamental factors that influence the agricultural land intensive use. Finally, it is concluded that improving the income of farm household, stabilizing the market expectation and ensuring the continuity and stability of agricultural land input are of great significance to the healthy development of agriculture in the metropolitan suburbs. Also, it is feasible and effective to establish the agricultural land intensive use index system, which is based on multivariate data integration, to evaluate the agricultural land intensive use on the plot scale.
